The biggest highlight: AI form builder within WorkForms. You can start a conversational prompt and watch your form evolve. Add or edit questions, change layouts, tweak fonts and colors, even translate the form into other languages. The form “takes shape” as you chat. This brings form design closer to natural language and reduces manual setup. That means, AI-powered WorkForms let you start with a prompt and then refine interactively.

Undo actions on boards

Time travel your monday.com boards by undoing actions directly from activity log

If you accidentally delete or change something on your board, now you can undo actions from the activity log. Any action performed in the last 30 days can be reversed with a click. That means that deleted items, archived groups, moves, or column changes can be reversed from the activity log for eligible actions.

Search WordDocs easier

Find your WorkDocs content faster with the new Docs tab in “Search Everything”

A new Docs tab in Search Everything allows you to search across all WorkDocs in your monday.com account. No more digging, since your documents are just a search away. This makes it easier to jump to relevant documentation, reference materials, or embedded docs without navigating through many folders.

New workflow triggers

Dev workflow triggers have been added to control Start sprint and Complete sprint

Two new triggers land in monday dev workflow automation: Start Sprint and Complete Sprint. Combine these with other triggers to schedule sprints or kick off downstream automations when your team updates statuses. These give you better control over sprint cycles and let you tie in automation around your development flow.
