Why are preview images broken in my blog?

This likely happens if you have enabled the Access Token or Single Sign-On feature in Scroll Sites. Currently we do not support thumbnails in password protected blogs, because our technical infrastructure can't access and convert such images. The only workaround is to disable preview images in general, as described here.

Why does the trial banner still show up after subscribing?

After subscribing, an activation process is triggered, which can take up to 3 business days. Once activation is complete, you will need to republish your blog for the trial banner to disappear.

What are the requirements for the blog themes to work?

Beside a Confluence account, you need to have Scroll Sites for Confluence by K15t installed. Scroll sites lets you publish your Confluence content as branded, high-performance websites.

What is the pricing for the blog themes?

Each theme is available for $40 per month.

Where can I subscribe to the blog themes?

Navigate to the dedicated Knowledge Blog Theme or Product Blog Theme page and click the subscribe button.

How to unsubscribe from a theme?

You can unsubscribe from a theme on our subscription portal. To log in, you'll need the email address you used to subscribe to the theme. Once you unsubscribe, you'll still be able to use the theme until the end of the billing cycle.

Can I use the themes for other use cases than knowledge or product blogs?

For sure, you can also use the themes for classic blogging or sharing company news for example.

What's the process of subscribing to a theme?

The theme is being accessible through a monthly subscription. After subscribing to a theme, there is a manual process involved where the subscription gets activated by the K15t team. This process can take up to 3 business days. Once it's activated, you'll receive a notification by email.

How to access invoices for past payments?

Invoices can be downloaded from our subscription portal. To log in, you'll need the email address you used to subscribe to the theme.
