Mirror columns are displayed as raw text

Mirror columns don’t inherit their original column type into the widget due to technical limitations with the monday API. Instead such columns are displayed as “raw” text value. The only current workaround is to add the mirrored column directly on the target board.

Formula columns

Formula columns are supported with limitations

Formula columns are supported, but support has to be enabled manually in the app's advanced settings. Be aware that formula support comes with certain limitations. For example, it's only possible to calculate up to 10,000 formula values per minute, which is enough in most use cases.

Real-time data

Widgets don't reflect board changes in real-time

Each time a widget is published, either manually or with automations, the widget is bundled as a static website and transfered to our CDN. Therefore the widget data represents a snapshot of when the widget was published and served as is. There is technically no way to fetch its monday.com board data in real-time, simply because there is no direct connection present.
