Package

Proof of Concept for Client Portal Builder

Every monday.com workspace and setup is different. Your board structure, workflows, and client-facing requirements may need to be reviewed before you can be confident that Client Portal Builder for monday.com is the right solution. Our fixed-price Proof of Concept package helps you assess whether your desired portal can be implemented with your existing monday.com setup. The objective is to provide a clear technical and functional feasibility assessment before you commit to an app subscription or production implementation. What's included in the package:

  • Initial requirements call
  • Review of your board setup
  • Up to 10 hours of concept work
  • Technical feasibility assessment
  • Advice for the next steps

Steps

How it works step by step

See what to expect from the Proof of Concept, from the initial call to the final feasibility assessment. Before any commitment takes place, first request a Proof of concept.

1. Purchase the Proof of Concept

The Proof of Concept is offered at a fixed price of $1,000 and paid in advance after we confirmed your request. The professional service includes up to 10 hours of consulting, configuration, and testing your use case.

2. Prepare a test workspace

Before we begin, you will need to create a separate test workspace in monday.com and duplicate the relevant boards into it. All work will take place in this test environment, so your production workspace and live data remain unaffected.

3. Join the initial call

We begin with a call to understand your requirements, review your board structure, and discuss the portal experience you want to create. If we determine during this call that Client Portal Builder is not the right solution for your use case, you will receive a full refund.

4. Validate your use case

If your use case is a highly potential fit, we use the remaining time to review and test the most important technical and functional requirements in your test workspace. Depending on your use case, this may include your board structure, portal views, permissions, workflows, and client interactions.

5. Receive a feasibility assessment

At the end of the Proof of Concept, you will have a clearer understanding of whether Client Portal Builder can support your use case and which requirements can be implemented. Whether changes to your monday.com setup may be needed, which limitations or dependencies should be considered, and what would be required to move forward with a production portal.
