Finding specific items made easy
Sharing large datasets with clients often means long tables and grids that are difficult to navigate. With this update, clients can now search for item names and values inside columns directly inside your Client Portal on monday.com. Instead of scrolling through rows of data, clients can quickly filter and locate exactly what they are looking for. This makes portals easier to use and helps clients find the right information faster.

This update also introduces a new Client filter for subitems, giving you more control over which subitems each client can see while the main item can still be displayed to multiple clients. In addition, you can now overwrite any column’s display name directly inside the portal to better match your client facing terminology. Optional headlines can be added above table and grid sections to structure your portal content more clearly, and Markdown formatting can now be used in an editor to create structured and readable content. Automatic mismatch handling helps resolve warnings on dedicated board setups, unset status columns now render correctly with their default color, and the admin view includes a better empty state and helpful links.
