Known incidents when using Spreadsheet Gorilla

We think it’s important to be transparent about any known issues, bugs and incidents with the Spreadsheet Gorilla for monday.com app. Find below a list of known incidents.

Column not accessible

Error "Column not accessible" occurs in a template

Incident
Columns don't show up in your spreadsheet template configuration, instead an error appears stating the column is not accessible.

Cause
The affected column was deleted in the board or you lack permissions. In some cases, when the column is a connect board or a mirror column, they don't show up because the app doesn't have the permissions to access the workspace where the connected board is located in.

Solution
Check if you have permissions to access the column. In case of a connect board or a mirror column, go to the Apps section in your monday Administration and check if Spreadsheet Gorilla has the permission to access all the required workspaces.
