Client Portal Admin

Manage all client portals created in your account

The Client Portal Admin view is restricted to monday.com account admins and used to get a bird's-eye view of all portals created across the account with Client Portal Builder. This view helps to identify outdated test portals or such portals where the Clients Board was deleted without unpublishing it before or disconnecting a Custom domain.

How to add the Client Portal Admin view:

  1. Open the account Administration panel
  2. Click Admin apps in bottom left corner
  3. Then click Explore marketplace apps
  4. Find the Client Portal Builder and add it

  1. Open the account Administration panel
  2. Click Admin apps in bottom left corner
  3. Find the Client Portal Admin view
  4. Click to access it anytime

Did you know?

The Client Portal Admin app view is optional and can only be accessed by monday.com account admins. Advanced options are in the planning to let admins take action on listed portals.
