Massive rework of the "Builder" app tab

• Added an in-app indicator when the current draft is auto-saved.
• Added portal related information when hovering the portal name.
• The display order of pages can be updated with Drag and Drop.
• Pages with custom icons show their icon in the navigation panel.
• The delete page button was moved to the navigation panel.
• Placeholders can be inserted from within supported context.
• Sections are collapsable, board ones are collapsed by default.
• Board sections now support show/hide all columns with a click.
• Board sources got a complete rework regarding their creation.
• Item editing is available on Client Item sections and Table subitems.
• Item comments now display the login method name in the update.
• Reworked new comment indicator on item comments and activity.
• Added an option to redirect the default subdomain to the custom domain.
