How a workflow with IF and ELSE conditions can look by combining native and custom blocks
The example workflow below shows a little more complex scenario. Where the status of a client is checked after they signed in to their client portal. In case the client is Inactive, send an onboarding email to the client and set their status to Pending afterwards. In the app itself, you can now display specific pages and content sections conditionally to the client, based on that Pending status in the clients board. For example, you can request certain information the client has to provide in this first onboarding step. The next time the client signs in, their status will be set to Active, and e.g. a project manager will be assigned to the client.
